“This great summer dessert goes a long way. It’s cool and refreshing
and can be made the night before.”
1 box instant vanilla pudding 1 cup halved seedless Delano
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, Farms/Four Star Fruits
juice drained and reserved green grapes
16 ounces sour cream 8 ounces ( 1 cup) mini
8 ounces frozen whipped marshmallows
dessert topping 1/4 cup shredded coconut
3 6.1-ounce cans mandarin
1. Mix pudding and pineapple juice with a whisk.
2. Add sour cream and whipped topping.
3. Add fruit, marshmallows and coconut.
4. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 8 servings.
