MEMBERS USING Costco’s
Personal & Business Checks program appreciate saving up to 50
percent off typical bank pricing.
Here are two frequently asked
questions about delivery of
check products.
Q. When my personal check
order includes more than one
box, the boxes don’t arrive on the
same day. Why?
A. To keep costs low, standard
shipping for personal checks is
bulk mail, and weight cannot
exceed 16 ounces per box. Boxes
of checks are shipped on the
same day from our print facility
to the U.S. Postal Service bulk-mail distribution center, where
they may get separated during
the sorting process.
Q. I am concerned about
the security of my mailbox.
Is there an option for my checks
to be delivered by a more
secure method?
A. Yes. The Personal & Business
Checks program offers a signa-ture-required delivery service on
U.S. orders for an additional $3.
Checks will be shipped via FedEx
and will require you or someone
at your address to sign for the
shipment. This option is available
nationwide for all check products
with an imprinted account line.
