We can’t do this all by ourselves! And since there are some 50 million of you—
the members of Costco—out there, we were thinking that, just maybe, you could:
Submit tips and household advice for
our next Costco Household Almanac!
Here are some categories:
Cleaning tips: Ways to use products sold at Costco in safe, effective ways even the
manufacturers may not have thought about
Storage tips: How do you handle all of our jumbo sizes and multi-packs?
Organizing tips: For the home, the office, your daily life in general
Safety tips: What to watch out for and what to do in today’s surprisingly perilous
home environment—electrical hazards, gas leaks, slippery floors
Technology tips: Ways to get the most out of your digital camera, home computer,
HDTV, small appliances
For each idea we use in the next almanac,
you’ll receive a $50 Costco Cash card!
Tip tips:
1. The best tip is pithy, probably no more than 25 words.
2. Some tips will have to be lengthier.
3. Try your tip out yourself. If you survive, go ahead
and send it.
4. Originality counts. If this is something you thought
of yourself, let us know.
5. Venerability counts. If this was your grandmother’s
way of doing it, your mom’s and yours, you’re probably
on the right track.
6. Fun. Always fun.
There are two ways to send us your tips:
