Festive Tuna Spread
CHICKEN OF THE SEA6
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 6-ounce can Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna
in Spring Water, drained
1 4-ounce can diced green chiles, undrained
1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
2 tablespoons diced red onion and sliced green onion
1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
Toasted baguette slices or crackers
1. Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and garlic salt until fluffy.
2. Fold in tuna, chiles, cheese, onions and cayenne.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours before serving.
