the Costco Deli department for years. But this
year it was time for a complete upgrade, says
Josh Dooley, a Costco buyer. “We’re always looking for ways to make our great products even
better,” he explains.
The new platter features choice tri-tip cuts
(replacing roast beef), improved ham and turkey
cuts and three new cheeses: Grana Padano
Parmesan, smoked Gouda and Asiago. Also new
are cream-cheese-stuffed sweet peppers and
provolone-stuffed olives.
“It’s an excellent platter for entertaining,
either at a family get-together or office party,”
says Josh. “And the value is outstanding.”
