Fruit Kebabs with
Cinnamon Cream
Divine Flavor
8 wooden skewers
8 Divine Flavor* red or green
seedless grapes
8 1 1/2-inch watermelon cubes
8 1 1/2-inch cantaloupe cubes
8 1 1/2-inch pineapple cubes
8 strawberries, trimmed
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
On each skewer, place 1 grape, then 1 watermelon cube, 1 cantaloupe cube,
1 pineapple cube and 1 strawberry. Arrange on a serving platter.
Mix cinnamon with yogurt. Serve the fruit kebabs with cinnamon cream for
dipping. Makes 4 servings.
