Festive Asian-Style Chicken
Salad with Edamame

1 Okami* Asian-Style
Chicken Salad Kit
(use only 1 of each
component)
1 cup shelled
Okami* edamame
1 whole carrot, diced
1 11-ounce can mandarin
oranges, drained
1/2 head iceberg
lettuce, chopped
Fresh cilantro sprigs,
for garnish
Combine all ingredients except cilantro in a bowl and
toss with the dressing included in the kit.
Garnish with cilantro sprigs and serve.

Grape Tomato and Avocado
Salad with Hearts of Palm
NatureSweet
1 14- to 16-ounce can
or jar of hearts of
palm, drained
and sliced
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons minced
fresh oregano
2 tablespoons minced
fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper
60 NatureSweet*
grape tomatoes
3 whole avocados, pitted
and sliced
2 10-ounce bags
fresh salad greens
(Italian blend)
12 sprigs fresh parsley,
for garnish
Place hearts of palm in a bowl and add lime juice,
olive oil, oregano, cilantro, and salt and pepper to
taste. Stir to combine. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Drain; reserve liquid.
Add tomatoes and avocados to the marinated hearts
of palm. Add more salt to taste.
Divide salad greens among 6 plates. Top greens with
hearts of palm mixture. Drizzle 1/4 cup of reserved
liquid over each salad. Garnish with parsley.
