Susan Lamb Parenti
Susan Lamb Parenti is a seasoned and impassioned food professional,
bringing more than 20 years’ experience in the food world to JBS Swift’s
product development team. She heads Parenti Partners, a boutique culinary
consulting practice specializing in comprehensive food marketing support
services. Parenti previously served as director of the Beef & Veal Culinary
Center for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. She and her husband
reside in Park Ridge, Illinois, with their four children.
