Strawberry Orange Smoothie
Dannon
1 pint fresh strawberries
(or 2 cups frozen
strawberries)
1 cup (or two 4-ounce
containers) Dannon*
Light & Fit 0%
Plus strawberry
nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened
orange juice
1 tablespoon chopped
fresh mint, plus leaves
for garnish
2 teaspoons sugar
(optional)
5 ice cubes
Combine strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, chopped
mint, sugar and ice cubes in a blender.
Pulse until well combined and ice is crushed.
Serve in tall glasses. Garnish with mint leaves.

Dole
4 large Dole* bananas,
peeled
1 12-ounce can frozen
pineapple juice concen-
trate, thawed, divided
1 pint mango or pineapple
sorbet, thawed
2 liters diet or regular
ginger ale
2 cups fresh Dole* Tropical
Gold Pineapple, cut
into chunks
Dole* red grapes (optional)
for garnish
Sliced oranges and sliced
limes, for garnish
Combine 2 bananas and half of the thawed juice
concentrate in a blender or food processor. Cover and
blend until smooth.
In a large punch bowl, stir together banana mixture,
sorbet and remaining thawed juice concentrate. Add
ginger ale.
Slice remaining bananas; add to the punch with
pineapple chunks and fruit garnish. Makes 17 servings.
