On a road trip from Phoenix to Denver, there
was an unavoidable rock on the highway that I thought
my car could clear, but was tall enough that it didn’t.

From trying to get roadside assistance on a mountain
pass in Colorado to discussing my policy with a claims
representative, then discussing my options with a
total loss representative, every interaction I had
with Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance during
this time was fantastic. Everyone was patient in
explaining the process to me and because I was
on a road trip, the check for the total loss of the
vehicle made it back home before I did.
Although I certainly don’t recommend
totaling your car on a mountain pass, I
absolutely recommend Ameriprise Auto
& Home Insurance.
