Veal Meat Loaf

1 pound Plume De Veau*
1/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup Italian seasoned
1 packet onion soup mix
5 slices Swiss cheese
5 slices bacon (optional)
Preheat oven to 325°F. Coat a baking pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine ground veal, eggs, ketchup, bread crumbs and onion soup
mix; blend well.
Flatten the mixture to about 3/4 of an inch. Place cheese slices in the middle.
