DESSERT IS THE CROWNING achievement of a great
meal. In my mind, it’s time to be decadent and let
the beauty of the presentation, whether it’s a cake
or a cobbler, take center stage and thrill your guests.
I don’t have a long list of hard rules when it
comes to dessert, but a few tips can help ensure that
your dessert represents the fitting end to the perfect
meal. Experiment with different dessert ideas, find
creative ways to present them and include fine
coffee, and you can’t go wrong. Here are some
