Yogurt Parfait
Kashi
1/4 cup (about 5) fresh or
frozen strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup fresh or frozen
blueberries
1/4 cup (about 5) fresh or
frozen raspberries
6 ounces (or 1 small container) plain
nonfat yogurt or soy yogurt
1 cup Kashi GOLEAN Crunch cereal
2 sprigs fresh mint, for garnish
In a 12-ounce parfait or sundae-style glass, alternately layer the fruit, yogurt and
cereal. Repeat until you use all the ingredients.
Garnish with mint sprigs. Makes 1 serving.
