2 tablespoons red
wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon hot
pepper sauce

green onions
1/2 cup diced fresh chiles
(or diced canned
Anaheim chiles)
2 tablespoons chopped
fresh cilantro (or 1/4 cup
chopped fresh basil)
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and
mix well.
Let stand for at least 1 hour.
Drain off excess liquid before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 8 servings.

1/2 teaspoon salt

grapes, chopped

In a large bowl, mix lime juice, honey and salt. Add
remaining ingredients and toss.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the
flavors blend.
Serve with oven-toasted quartered mini pitas or corn
chips. Makes 4-6 servings.
