Craveable Taco Dip
Don Miguel Mexican Foods
1 8-ounce package cream
cheese, softened
1 16-ounce can refried beans
1 8-ounce package shredded
Cheddar cheese
1 8-ounce package shredded
Monterey Jack cheese
1 6-ounce can pitted medium black
olives, sliced
1 4-ounce can diced green chiles
1 12-ounce jar sliced jalapeños
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spread cream cheese evenly over the bottom of a 13-by-9-inch casserole.
Top with a layer of refried beans.
Add a layer of Cheddar cheese, then Monterey Jack cheese, and then olives.
Top with diced green chiles.
Add a generous handful of jalapeños for garnish and heat.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately.
This dip is delicious with any of your favorite Don Miguel products, especially
mini tacos. Makes 12 servings.
