Blackberry Margarita Duet
Sun Belle
Kosher salt
Lime wedges for coating
rims of glasses
18 ounces Sun Belle*
blackberries
8 toothpicks
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup agave nectar
2 tablespoons Rose’s
sweetened lime juice
1/2 cup orange juice (or
1/2 cup orange liqueur
such as Cointreau)
Water (or 1 1/2 cups
fine tequila)
Ice
Spread a layer of salt in a saucer. Rub lime wedges on
the rims of 8 glasses. Dip each rim in the salt.
Set aside 16 blackberries for garnish. Spear 2 blackberries on each toothpick.
In a blender, combine the remaining blackberries,
lime juice and lemon juice. Blend until liquefied.
Force the mixture through a strainer to remove the seeds.
For Virgin Margaritas, stir agave nectar, Rose’s lime
juice and orange juice into the blackberry mixture.
Add enough water to make 3 cups.
For Spiked Margaritas, stir agave nectar, Rose’s lime
juice, orange liqueur and tequila into the blackberry
mixture.
Pour into a chilled blender. Fill the blender with ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the frozen drinks into the prepared glasses.
Place a toothpick of blackberries in each glass.

Blueberry Sparkling Lemonade
Naturipe Farms
2 1/4 cups Naturipe Farms*
fresh blueberries,
divided
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup ginger ale
Mint sprigs, for garnish
In a blender, combine 2 cups blueberries, water,
sugar and lemon juice; blend until very smooth.
Strain through a fine-mesh strainer.
Fill 4 tall glasses with ice cubes. Top the ice cubes in
each glass with 1 tablespoon of blueberries.
Fill the glasses with the lemonade mixture—about
3/4 cup per glass. Top off with ginger ale. Garnish
with mint sprigs. Makes 4 servings.
Tip: For an adult version, add 1 shot of vodka over
the ice before pouring in the blueberry lemonade.
