4 cups Kirkland Signature
or premium vodka
2-2 1/2 tablespoons
pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
Add sugar to the hot coffee. Stir until dissolved.
4 cups freshly brewed

coffee (see tips)
Add vodka and vanilla. Mix together well.
Adjust the ingredients to taste. Let cool.
Pour into a resealable container or containers (nice
liqueur bottles are available online). Store at room
temperature. Makes approximately 8 cups ( 64 ounces).
Tips:;Brew the coffee using fresh, cold water. If the
water in your area doesn’t taste very good, use
bottled drinking water. For extra-strong coffee, use
1 1/2 times the amount of coffee you usually use. Try
adding other ingredients for your own creation, such
as 1/4 cup good-quality chocolate syrup. Serve it hot
or over ice, or try it with coffee, cream, ice cream,
chocolate or all of the above!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Hot Cocoa
1 envelope ( 1 ounce)
Swiss Miss Milk
1 tablespoon Peter Pan
Place cocoa mix in a cup. Add peanut butter.
Gradually stir in hot water until blended.
Top with Reddi-wip. Add grated chocolate, if
desired. Makes 1 serving.
