Matt Scialabba and Melissa Pellegrino are a husband-and-wife cooking
and writing team who met while living and studying in Italy, where
they learned the secrets of authentic regional cuisine. They are authors
of The Italian Farmer’s Table (Three Forks/Globe Pequot Press, 2010;
www.theitalianfarmerstable.com). Melissa serves as a food editor at
Fine Cooking magazine, and Matt works for an Italian wine importer
representing small artisanal estates.
