Ham with Lemon Mustard Glaze
1 Kirkland Signature/Carando spiral-
sliced hickory-smoked half ham
1/2 cup butter
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon prepared
2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Heat ham according to package directions.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour until
blended. Add lemon juice, Dijon and yellow mustard, and honey; whisk until smooth
and slightly thickened.
Remove foil from the ham. Brush half of the glaze over the top of the ham; bake
10 minutes longer.
Serve the ham with the remaining glaze. Makes about 10 servings.
