Banana Nut Pudding Parfait

1 4.6-ounce package
1/2 pinch ground cinnamon
6 large bananas, sliced, divided
1/2 pinch ground nutmeg
1 dozen Kirkland Signature Double
Nut White Chunk Cookies
Whipped cream, for garnish
Prepare pudding according to package directions. Remove from the heat and stir in
3 sliced bananas, nutmeg and cinnamon. Let cool.
Cut 2 cookies into quarters and reserve for garnish. Coarsely crumble the remaining
Layer parfait glasses with banana pudding, crushed cookies and the remaining
banana slices, ending with a layer of pudding.
Garnish each serving with a dollop of whipped cream and 1/4 of a cookie.
Makes 6-8 servings.
