Focaccia Pizza with
Rosemary and Grapes

1 pound pizza dough
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Coarse sea salt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 shallot, sliced into thin rounds
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 cup green seedless grapes,
halved
1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a sheet of parchment paper. Transfer the dough
on the parchment paper to a baking sheet.
Using a pastry brush, cover the top of the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Sprinkle with garlic, shallot and rosemary. Arrange grapes on the pizza, pushing
down into the dough.
Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into slices and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
