Cocovanilla Fruit Salad
Del Monte Fresh Produce
1 cup halved Del Monte* strawberries
3/4 cup Del Monte* cantaloupe chunks
1 cup Del Monte* grapes, green
or red
1 cup Del Monte* Gold Extra Sweet
pineapple chunks
1 Del Monte* kiwifruit, peeled
and sliced
1 Del Monte* banana, sliced
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Combine the fruit in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt and honey; stir to blend. Stir into the fruit
mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Just before serving, sprinkle the fruit salad with coconut and slivered almonds.
Makes 6-8 servings.
