burgers (or portobello mushrooms)
1 Gusto* hot pepper, split and seeded

DRY RUB
2 tablespoons each orange, red and
yellow Dolce Super Sweet* baby bell
peppers, dehydrated and ground
ROASTED TOMATOES

2 tablespoons garlic powder

To prepare the rub, blend all ingredients, using a mortar and pestle or co;ee grinder.
To prepare the roasted tomatoes, preheat oven to 225°F. Halve tomatoes length-
wise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with oil. Place on a baking sheet, cut
side up, and roast for 2-4 hours, or until they look like moist sun-dried
tomatoes. Do NO T char.
