Each Eligible Purchase on your TrueEarnings® Card from Costco and American Express shall earn a Reward of 1, 2, or 3% of the
purchase amount as follows: 3% on the first $3,000 in eligible purchases each annual reward period (1% thereafter) of gasoline
(individual purchases of 75 gallons or less) at Costco and domestic stand-alone gas stations (excluding superstores, supermarkets,
convenience stores, and warehouse clubs other than Costco); 2% on eligible purchases at restaurants; 2% on eligible travel purchases
from airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, travel agencies and tour operators; and 1% on all other eligible purchases,
including at Costco. Eligible purchases are purchases of goods or services minus returns and credits, and do NOT include: fees or
interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of traveler's checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, or
purchases of any cash equivalents. Reward is distributed annually in the form of a reward coupon on a billing statement, redeemable
for merchandise or cash at any U.S. Costco Warehouse. Coupon must be redeemed in person prior to its expiration date of August 31
