METHOD OF DISTRIBUTION Copies are addressed to individual members and mailed via standard U.S. Postal Permit. Copies are also shipped in bulk to Costco warehouses for redistribution to shoppers. Multi-Copy Same Addressee Circulation is audited only to the point of distribution. An agreement not more than three years old has been obtained indicating that the recipient at the point of distribution agrees to accept the magazine for redistribution

PARAGRAPH 4: Manufacturer's, distributor's, and wholesaler's lists include 1 source of circulation for a quantity of 8,441,007 copies or 97.4%, including Costco Wholesale Membership List.
