MEDITERRANEAN TURKEY SANDWICH
• 2 tablespoons roasted garlic
hummus or plain hummus
• 2 slices whole grain bread
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 lettuce leaf
• 3 ounces thinly sliced,
roasted turkey breast
• ¼ cup thinly sliced cucumber
• ¼ cup thinly sliced red bell
