TRIPLE GRAPE FRUIT PIZZA
1 16.5-ounce package refrigerated
sugar cookie dough
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter, softened
2 ¼ cups powdered sugar, divided
2 teaspoons vanilla
1-2 tablespoons half-and-half
1 cup each red, green, and black seedless
grapes, sliced in half lengthwise
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch spring-
form pan. Press dough into bottom of pan. Bake
for 17-19 minutes, until golden. Remove from
oven and cool completely.
In a large bowl, place cream cheese, butter,
2 cups powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1 tablespoon
half–and-half. Using a stand or hand mixer,
blend on low, and once sugar is incorporated,
increase speed and mix until smooth and
creamy, using additional half-and-half if needed.
Remove cookie from springform, leaving it on
base. Spread cream cheese mixture over entire
cookie. Top with sliced grapes. Refrigerate until
served. Before serving, sprinkle with remaining
¼ cup powdered sugar. Makes 8-10 servings.
