DUNGENESS AND KING CRAB
WITH LEMON GARLIC BUTTER

½ cup butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1½ tablespoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
In a small pan over medium high heat, melt
butter. Stir in garlic and sauté until golden
brown. Stir in lemon juice and pepper.
Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
Serve sauce with warm Dungeness crab and
king crab legs.
