day, a power nap or a quick snooze, just
cozy up on a bed, couch or your softest
chair and snore away. It’s OK to bring
your favorite stuffed animal or blanket. Dress appropriately in your nicest
sleep attire. The more comfortable you
are, the better you will sleep. How long
you choose to celebrate is entirely up
It should come as no surprise, but
sleep is one of the most important
human activities. Getting a full night’s
sleep allows the body to rest and heal,
and is even linked to maintaining
a healthy weight and healthy brain
function. Lack of sleep or even poor
sleep can negatively affect your health
