BLACK TEA CHERRY ICE POPS

These Black Tea Cherry Ice Pops have a touch of gourmet
and are sure to satisfy your cherry cravings this summer.
2 tablespoons loose-leaf black tea, or 3 tea bags
1 cup hot water
3 tablespoons honey
3 cups pitted dark sweet cherries, divided
Steep tea in hot water for a minimum of 5 minutes, but no longer than 10 minutes.
The longer it steeps, the stronger it becomes. When the tea is done steeping, discard
loose tea or tea bags.
In a blender, combine tea, honey and 2 cups of cherries, and blend until smooth.
Then pulse in the remaining cup of cherries until the mixture is slightly chunky.
Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze according to mold instructions.
Makes 10 servings.
