LIME BUNDT CAKE WITH CREAMY LIME ICING

1 box ( 15. 25 oz.) yellow or white cake mix
½ cup fresh lime juice
2 limes, zested and divided
CREAMY LIME ICING
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and ;our a Bundt pan.
Prepare cake according to package directions,
substituting ½ cup lime juice for ½ cup of the water.
Add zest of 1 lime. Pour batter into pan; bake 35-40 minutes,
until toothpick inserted into cake center comes out clean.
Prepare the icing: Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Stir in sugar until well combined. Stir in lime juice, remaining
zest and vanilla. Smooth icing over cooled cake.
Makes 12-16 servings.
