APPLE & EVE
Ruby Fruit Smoothie
2 cups frozen sliced peaches
6 ounces canned mandarin oranges, drained
8 ounces Apple & Eve Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice Cocktail
4 ounces pineapple juice
1 large scoop frozen vanilla yogurt
All ingredients should be chilled before use. Combine all ingredients
in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and
garnish with sliced peaches. Makes 4-6 servings.
Tip: For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen peaches.

Tangy Berry Smoothie
2 cups Kirkland Signature cranberry juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled, or 16 ounces frozen strawberries
Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée. Makes 5-6 servings.
Variation: Pour into ice pop molds and enjoy as a healthy frozen treat.
