Sushi Dipping Sauces
Use these dipping sauces with Okami* Sushi, available in your local Costco deli:
OKAMI GARI SAUCE OKAMI WASABI SAUCE
1/2 cup sake 1/2 cup wasabi powder
1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon mirin
1/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup grated white radish 1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 1/2 cup peanut oil
1. In a small saucepan, combine sake, 1. In a bowl, whisk together wasabi,

OKAMI PONZU SAUCE
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 teaspoons sugar
Combine ingredients in a blender and puree.
Makes 4 servings.
