Spinach Salad with Strawberries
6 cups Boskovich Farms Fresh ’N’ Quick Spinach
1 pint fresh strawberries, stems removed, halved
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 teaspoons finely chopped sweet onion
1/2 teaspoon white wine Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1. Toss spinach and strawberries in a salad bowl.
2. In a blender, combine sugar, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion,
Worcestershire sauce and paprika. Add oil and vinegar slowly,
blending until smooth and thickened.
3. Pour dressing over salad and serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
