Tropical Fruit and Walnut Salad
6 cups Dole Classic Iceberg Salad
1 20-ounce can Dole Pineapple Chunks, drained,
or 1 1/2 cups Dole Fresh Pineapple Chunks
1 cup Dole red grapes, cut in half
2 Dole bananas, sliced
1/2 cup ( 2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
2/3 cup ranch dressing or balsamic vinaigrette
1. In a salad bowl, combine salad greens, pineapple, grapes, bananas,
feta and walnuts.
2. Add dressing and toss salad. Serve immediately. Makes 6-8 servings.
