Mediterranean Marinated Chicken
1/3 cup oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon McCormick* Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon McCormick* Lemon & Pepper Seasoning Salt
1 tablespoon chopped sun-dried tomatoes
Dash of salt
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large self-closing plastic bag.
Add chicken, seal the bag and turn gently to coat with marinade.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or longer for extra flavor.
2. Preheat grill. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side, or until done.
