Puratos Cocktail Dessert
Indulge yourself and your guests with a new dessert
idea. Create this innovative treat by combining
a classic dessert with your favorite liqueur to give
the perfect finishing touch to your meal.
1 Kirkland Signature iced Chocolate or caramel sauce
chocolate or white Chocolate chunks, chips
sheet cake filled with or shavings for garnish
chocolate mousse
Whipped cream, optional
Flavored liqueur: Irish cream,
almond, coffee, hazelnut,
chocolate or peppermint
1. Cut cake into 2-inch squares. For each serving,
place one square in a large cocktail or fancy drink
glass. Pour 1 shot ( 2 ounces) liqueur over cake.
2. Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce.
3. Decorate with chocolate chunks, chips or shavings,
and garnish with a whipped cream, if desired.
Serve. Makes 48 servings.

2KirklandSignature orangesorapplepie
muffins,cutin fillingor2kiwis,sliced
4 equal slices
1. Lightly butter each side of the muffin
slices. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-
high heat; cook muffin slices until golden
brown on both sides. Cool on a rack.
2. Arrange 2 slices on each plate; top each
slice with yogurt and fruit. Makes 4 servings.
Muffin and fruit suggestions: Lemon poppy
seed muffin—peach yogurt, sliced kiwi and
mandarin oranges. Apple walnut muffin—
vanilla yogurt and apple pie filling.
