Dannon Peach Smoothie
1 tablespoon chopped
fresh mint
2 teaspoons sugar, optional
5 ice cubes
Mint leaves
1 pound or 4 medium
peaches, peeled
and sliced
1 cup Dannon Light ’n Fit*
peach nonfat yogurt
1/2cup unsweetened
orange juice
1. Place peaches, yogurt, orange juice, mint,
sugar (if desired) and ice cubes in a blender.
Pulse until well combined and ice is crushed.
2. Serve in tall glasses, garnished with mint
leaves. Makes 2 servings.

Splenda Raspberry Tea Punch
This refreshing recipe has 42 percent fewer calories,
is 50 percent lower in carbohydrates and has
60 percent less sugar than a full-sugar version!
1 quart water
6 bags raspberry-flavored tea
2 bags English tea
2/3cup Splenda Granular
or 16 Splenda packets
1/4cup fresh lemon juice
1 quart club soda
2 cups raspberries, fresh or
individually quick frozen
1. Bring water to a boil; pour into a large
heat-resistant pitcher or bowl. Steep tea bags
in hot water to make a strong tea; remove tea
bags. Stir in Splenda No Calorie Sweetener;
chill 2 hours or until ready to serve.
2. Just before serving add lemon juice, club
soda and raspberries. Serve immediately after
adding soda. Makes about 2 quarts, or 8
8-ounce servings.
