Donna’s Costco Double
Blue Cheese Pizza
Originally from back east, the Moffas live
near Phoenix now and enjoy this at least
once a month, usually on a Friday night.

2 teaspoons yeast
4 cups flour
11/2 teaspoons salt
3/4teaspoon sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 12-ounce can beer
1. Combine yeast, flour, salt, sugar, olive oil and
beer in a 2-pound bread machine on the dough
cycle. Roll or stretch dough on a floured surface
into a 12-by-17-inch shape. Place on a 12-by-17-inch
baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Let rise
in a warm place for about 1/2 hour.
2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Pour blue cheese dressing
evenly over the dough. Arrange tenders on top.
Sprinkle with blue cheese. Top with mozzarella.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
Makes 4-6 servings.
Tip: To raise dough in your oven, preheat the
oven to 200°F. Turn off the heat and place the
dough the oven.

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place 7 poppers on an
unlined, ungreased cookie sheet, spaced well apart.
2. Bake 7 minutes on the middle rack.
3. Remove from oven and add 7 Taquitos and
7 Bagel Bites. Bake 7 minutes longer.
4. Remove from oven and let sit 1 minute before
serving. Makes 4 servings.
