Ore-Ida Savory Fries
Put fresh flavor and a new face on Ore-Ida savory
fries with feta cheese and crumbled bacon.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped
fresh oregano,
1/2pound Ore-Ida Golden
Crinkles, prepared
according to
packagedirections
2 strips bacon,
cooked and crumbled
1/4cup crumbled
feta cheese
Salt and pepper
1. Mix together olive oil and oregano in a
small bowl. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over
the warm fries. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon
and feta cheese.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Makes 4 servings.

Bruschetta Appetizer
Hannah Bruschetta is made with only the finest-quality ingredients—fresh plum tomatoes, basil,
oregano and garlic. It is a versatile sauce that
complements many different foods. Traditionally,
it is used on Italian bread and topped with cheese.
1 loaf of Italian
or French bread
Olive oil
1 39-ounce jar
Hannah* Bruschetta
1 cup grated cheese
(mozzarella, Romano,
Parmesan or a mixture)
1. Preheat broiler. Slice bread on the diagonal and
brush slices with olive oil. Place under the broiler
for 1 minute, or until golden brown.
2. Remove from broiler, spoon Hannah Bruschetta
on bread and sprinkle with cheese. Place under
the broiler for 1 minute to warm and melt cheese.
Makes 10-15 servings.
Tip: Use bruschetta to spice up pizza, pasta, burgers,
chicken or fish. For a great marinara sauce, heat
and pour over pasta, vegetables or meat.

rich blend of aged-to-perfection Cheddar and
award-winning sweet cream butter is easy to
prepare, elegant and utterly delicious.
11/2 cups grated Cabot 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Stock* Cheddar cheese
1/4cup poppy seeds or
6tablespoonsbutter,softened toastedsesameseeds
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine cheese, butter,
hot sauce and garlic powder in a food processor.
Add flour and process until the mixture forms a ball.
2. Divide in half. Shape into 2 long rolls, each
about 11/4 inches in diameter. Roll in poppy seeds
or toasted sesame seeds to coat. Refrigerate for
at least 30 minutes.
3. Slice in 1/4-inch rounds. Place on a baking sheet
coated with cooking spray, poking each slice
with a fork to mark. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or
until golden. Cool on a rack. Makes 36 pieces.
