be enjoyed for its energy boost, to beat the heat,
as a refreshing afternoon break or for dessert.
11/2cups brewed double-strength Kirkland
Signature 100%
Colombian or Decaf
Arabica coffee
1/4cup chocolate syrup
1/8teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes
1. Chill coffee; store in a covered container to
retain freshness.
2. Mix coffee, chocolate syrup and vanilla until
well blended. Pour into tall glasses filled with
ice. Makes 2 servings.

Caribbean Punch
The Martinelli family of Watsonville, California,
takes advantage of its Sparkling Cider to enhance
this cool summer punch that will please any palate.
2 16-ounce cans frozen 1 quart water, chilled
orangejuiceconcentrate 3bananas,peeled
112-ouncecanfrozen 1pintfreshraspberries
lemonade concentrate
2 pints fresh
3 bottles ( 25. 4 ounces) strawberries, hulled
Martinelli’s Sparkling
Cider,chilled 1cupsugar,optional
1quartcranberryjuice 2oranges,sliced
cocktail, chilled 2 limes, sliced
1quartfruitpunch,chilled 1lemon,sliced
1. Combine orange juice concentrate, lemonade
concentrate, sparkling cider, cranberry juice cocktail,
fruit punch and water. (Do not add water to frozen
orange juice and lemonade as directed on cans;
use only the concentrate.)
2. In a blender, puree bananas, raspberries and
strawberries with some of the punch mixture.
Strain the mixture to remove seeds if desired.
Stir into punch.
3. Add sugar to taste. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Garnish with orange, lime and lemon slices.
Makes approximately 2 gallons of punch, or
32 8-ounce servings.

Juice Cocktail
1/3cup pineapple juice
1 large ripe banana
2 scoops orange sherbet and
vanilla ice cream blend
2 cups ice cubes
1. Place grapefruit juice, pineapple juice,
banana and sherbet/ice cream in a blender.
2. Add ice to fill the blender. Blend until
smooth and frosty. Add more or less ice for
desired consistency.
3. Garnish with pineapple or orange slice.
Makes 6-8 servings.
Tip: For a healthier option, substitute low-fat
ice cream or frozen yogurt.
