In a circuitous path from Jerusalem to Chicago and from
NASA to Costco, Alexander Goglanian created innovative
automation equipment that solved very specific problems
for different industries. He got into the bakery business
when NASA asked him to design an oven for the space
program. A few highly specialized ovens later, Costco
wanted pizza dough that combined the perfect bite between
crispy and chewy with flavor and tenderness.The Goglanian
Bakeries came to the rescue. Today Kirkland Signature
pizza crust is created using Goglanian’s high-speed, large-volume mixer, which gently prepares dough in two minutes,
and then baked in their high-tech oven.

Signature Smoked Salmon Pizza

2plumtomatoes, 3ouncesfetacheese,
slicedthin crumbled
2 green onions, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange tomato
slices on the pizza, then salmon slices; top
with cheese and onions.
2. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the pizza
is heated through and the cheese is melted.
Makes 8-10 servings.
