CJ
The secret of bulgogi, the famous Korean meat dish,
is in the marinade. Costco selected CJ, maker of the
best-selling bulgogi sauce in Korea, to introduce their
product to the U.S. market. It works well with beef,
pork or chicken. Use it as a marinade or basting sauce
for a rich barbecue flavor with Asian flair.
