Hot House
BC Hot House tomatoes are grown hydroponically in
ideal conditions for a healthy tomato. The produce is
not genetically modified. The carefully controlled
environment eliminates the need for herbicides and
reduces the need for pesticides.
BC Hot House tomatoes ripen naturally on the vine.
They are not sprayed to make them red—red is their
natural color. When the time is right, the tomatoes,
still attached to their clusters, are picked by hand to
prevent bruising and delivered to state-of-the-art
packing and grading facilities.
These recipes were proudly selected by BC Hot House to
showcase the beauty and flavor of their special produce.
