the habitat of the sea turtle or any other marine animal.
Here is one of their favorite recipes.
SeaMazz Shrimp de Jonghe
2poundsSeaMazzraw 1tablespoonminced
shrimp,thawedandrinsed freshparsley
1/2cupbutter Saltandfreshly
4garliccloves, groundpepper
peeled and crushed 1 cup grated
Juiceof1lemon Parmesancheese
1cupdrywhitewine 1poundpasta,cooked
according to
1/2cupseasonedItalian packagedirections
bread crumbs
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place shrimp in a single
layer in a large glass baking dish.
2. Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat;
add crushed garlic and cook until garlic turns
fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add lemon juice,
wine, bread crumbs and parsley. Season to taste
with salt and pepper.
3. Pour butter mixture over shrimp and sprinkle
with grated Parmesan. Cover and bake for 10-12
minutes. Uncover dish and broil on high for 3-5
minutes, or until top turns crisp and crunchy.
Serve over pasta. Makes 4-6 servings.
