Strawberry Short-Cheesecake

1teaspoonwater Whippedcream
1. Combine strawberries with sugar and water in
a small mixing bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour
for flavors to meld.
2. Place cheesecake on a large dessert plate.
3. Spoon berry mixture over the cheesecake slice.
Garnish with a generous amount of whipped
cream. Makes 1 serving.

air-popped popcorn

1. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, combine popcorn, cereal
and cranberries.
2. Spray the popcorn mixture lightly for 4-5 seconds
with cooking spray; quickly toss with the sugar
mixture. Stir in pretzels and jelly beans. Store in
a covered container. Stir well before serving.
Makes 8 cups.
