with Lime Ginger Sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Pinch of crushed red pepper

1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon grated
fresh ginger
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix lime zest, vegetable
oil, lime juice, ginger, soy and pepper in a blender.
2. Rinse trout and pat dry. Score 3 slashes across
the fish on both sides at the thickest part.
3. Place in a greased baking pan and roast until
the fish is firm, about 12 minutes.
