Grand Parisian Steak Salad
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 pound Choice boneless sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and cut in thin strips
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
2/3 cup prepared steak marinade (ideally with garlic and
cracked black pepper)
1 16-ounce bag Ready Pac Grand Parisian Salad
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and
cook until browned.
2. Add bell pepper and onion, and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add marinade and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until
vegetables are crisp-tender.
4. Place salad ingredients in a bowl and toss. Divide salad among individual
plates and top each serving with steak and vegetables. Makes 4 servings.
