Ultimate Melt-in-Your-Mouth Pancakes
BISQUICK
2 cups Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 large eggs
Butter or oil for frying
1. Combine Bisquick, milk, sugar, lemon juice, baking powder and eggs in
a bowl and stir until blended.
2. Drop batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot greased griddle.
3. Cook until the edges are dry. Turn and cook until golden.
Makes 14 pancakes.
