Monty Staggs
Monty Staggs is Research and Development Chef for Swift &
Company. He learned his craft on the job while serving as
executive chef of top-rated fine dining restaurants in Houston
and Los Angeles, and later worked as a corporate executive
chef for several companies. Staggs has appeared on ABC’s
Good Morning America as a guest chef, and he was named
the Cream of the Crop Chef by the Houston Chronicle.
